Crowning the King!

So how was The Brunch King crowned? Good question! Chef Joey Maggiore, who runs the Hash Kitchen chain of restaurants that are now in 4 states, primarily in the Southwest, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about how he took the throne and ultimately wrote the cookbook that bears his most royal majesty! The Brunch King is compilation of brunch recipes served in his restaurants, that became brunch-centric when he adopted a crazy DJ for each location, and philosophy that you eat with your eyes.
