But Joey Maggiore, who's the owner of a small chain of brunch-themed restaurants in the Phoenix area says he's always looking to pump up the fun quotient. Joey, who wrote the new cookbook The Brunch King, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about some of the brunch drinks you can have with, and among them, the Cereal Cocktail. Joey actually takes real cereal and combines it all up with different liquors and the glitteriest, most colorful cereals that you remember growing. A Lucky Charms drink anyone?
