Looking For a Fun Brunch? Look No Further!

Brunch, by its very nature, is fun. And a new cookbook from someone called "The Brunch King" aims to capture the fun that brunch brings. Joey Maggiore, who owns a small chain of restaurants in the Phoenix area called Hash Kitchen, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about the book and some of the fun recipes that are exact replicas of what's served in his restaurants. No secret ingredients here! Chef Joey told Tonia about one of his fun ideas, called Short Rib Hash. He calls it the Hangover Hash (for obvious reasons). It's delicious, it's fun and it's different!
