A Musical Sounding Dish In Three Notes

LISTEN TO THE PODCAST

And those three notes...Bi Bim Bap. The "music" of this dish comes from the symphony your tastebuds will experience when eating this delicious, traditional Korean stew that's also very healthy.
Dietician David Grotto told Tonia's Kitchen it's not what you expect.  He starts with fried eggs, which contain lutine.  It's a phytochemical that can help fight macular degeneration.  The dish also has brown rice, sesame oil, carrots, green onions and some lean meat.  It's delicious, and it may also fight heart disease and cancer. What a harmonious meal!  Link to a Bi Bim Bap Recipe from Food Network here
