This Pasta's Hot Stuff!

And by hot, we mean spicy! TV Food Network's Guy Fieri stopped by Tonia's Kitchen with his idea for Chipotle Penne Pasta. It's not your standard Italian dish, in fact you can't even call it Italian, without mentioning its Cajun and Mexican roots as well. Guy told Tonia he uses Louisiana Hot Links, one Chipotle smoked jalapeno pepper and Alfredo sauce. Guy says it was a dish he whipped up specifically for The Next Food Network Star reality TV show. He says it's kind of like a great rock band, with each ingredient playing a role. The recipe from Food Network can be found here
