When Balling Bourbon...

You've heard of rum balls, but Bourbon Balls might be just a little bit better. Morgan Murphy, who wrote Bourbon And Bacon says they take a little bit of time, as does good Bourbon, but they aren't hard to make.  Morgan told Tonia's Kitchen there's powdered sugar and a lot of Bourbon! Mix both into a dense batter.  Then form this into balls and add a half a pecan to each ball. Roll each ball around in sugar and chill in the refrigerator.  They're fantastic and Morgan says they go great at any holiday get-together!
