Don't Crowd Your Cauliflower

LISTEN TO THE PODCAST

Cauliflower is a solitary vegetable, that doesn't need to be bunched when you're roasting it! Chef Billy with Restaurant Associates told Tonia's Kitchen that if roasted cauliflower is on your Thanksgiving table, make sure you keep some space between the florets.  He says put them on a cookie sheet and when they're done, just toss the florets with some grated parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.  He told Tonia they're his ultimate favorite, and something more to help your Thanksgiving sing!
