A Tangy Salsa With A Sweet Touch

So this salsa is sensation when you want to grill, especially when it's fish or poultry!  Skip House stopped by Tonia's Kitchen with his recipe for Pineapple and Papaya Salsa.  He takes three tomatoes, one fresh pineapple, one fresh papaya, silced green onions, fresh cilantro, two jalapenos, three tablespoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of chopped garlic and salt.  He then takes the tomatoes, pineapple and papaya, and cores and dices them.  Skip then adds all the ingredients to a food processor and blends them.  He lets it all chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, and serves over grilled fish or poultry.  It's a fruity salsa that will complement those kinds of dishes, not overpower them!
