Sour Cream Fudge Cookies!



When you think of a cookie, sour cream flavor doesn't necessarily come to mind, but it should!  Cookbook author Gail Sokel who wrote About Professional Baking stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her Sour Cream Fudge Cookies.  She takes standard cookie ingredients, with two exceptions, the sour cream of course, and bread flour which makes for a chewier cookie.  All together, it's an ooey, gooey treat that has a deliciously unique taste!
