Time For A Cool Dessert

It's that time of the summer when things are kinda hot and sticky, not really the time for a piping hot dessert. But what can you make that'll cool your guests down?  How about a creamy, cool, White Chocolate Semifreddo with crystallized ginger!  There's a fantastic recipe in the cookbook Capreil and John's Kitchen. Tonia's Kitchen talked with one of the authors about how to make a perfect one.  She told Tonia she takes melted white chocolate, and blends it with eggs and sugar.  Then she softly whips some cream and eggs and combines everything before freezing it all.  Once it's frozen, chop up and sprinkle some crystallized ginger and fresh berries.  It's a dessert that'll cool you down and satisfy your sweet tooth!
