The Spice Is Nice!


The sauce may be the boss, but the spice is pretty nice...and simple!  Chris Schleslinger who wrote the book Grill It, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about how a good spice rub can bring unique,
exotic flavors to your grilled items.  He told Tonia about one in particular, a latin rub that combines cumin, coriander, chili powder, along with salt and pepper to really liven up what you put on the grill
