Like Peas In A Pod...At A Party!

If you're having a cookout or a dinner party soon, and you want to wow your guests with appetizer, look no further than the royalty of Chickpea Crowns!  Author AJ Rathbun, who wrote Party Snacks, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about how easy and fun they are to make.  AJ says he fries an onion, white mushrooms and one can of chickpeas in olive oil, then blends them in
a food processor with salt. He then takes puff pastry and cuts it into two and a half foot squares. Before baking, AJ places the chickpea mix in the middle of those squares, and pinches the corners. They come out of the oven looking like little crowns-elegant and delicious!
