A Refreshing Summetime Salad


I don't think there's ever a time when salad isn't in season, but here's one that goes particularly well with the summertime!  Chef Billy stopped by Tonia's Kitchen with a recipe for Watermelon Salad that really combines the flavors!  He takes diced watermelon, Kalamata olives, red onion, parsley and feta cheese, but surprisingly no dressing.  Chef Billy told Tonia the salad stands on its own, but maybe a dash of olive oil or neutral vinegar if you want.  The key to this salad's success is NOT to mix everything together until you're ready to eat it. It's a salad that will be super for your tastebuds!
