Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia! (seed)



You've the seen the commercials, you know about the famed Chia Pet.  But did you know that actual Chia is extraordinarily healthy? Patricia Green, who co-wrote Grain Power told Tonia's Kitchen that the humble Chia seed, over 5,000 years old, is one of the most complete proteins you can eat.  They can be bought at
most supermarket.  Patricia says simply adding them to your food can aid in disease prevention and diabetes. Not to mention, they make you feel fuller longer.
