So you're looking for a healthy gametime snack, but you don't want
to go without some kind of fun football food? No worries. Megan Brown, who's
also known as The Bakermama, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her
Mediterranean spin on the classic nachos and cheese. Pita Nachos, which she
says are tastier, and much healthier than the traditional kind can be that
clutch field goal that keeps your playoff-watching crew roaring! Megan
told Tonia she starts with Pita Chips, then uses organic humus, along with
grilled chicken and Feta cheese. Bake it all up and top with sun-dried
tomatoes, olives, red onion and cucumbers. Serve it with greek dip. It will be
a touchdown, no matter who you're rooting for!
