A Peachy Twist on Grilled Cheese
You'll be calling it Peaches and Cheese when this lunch is done. Nina Elder, who's the Executive Editor for Everyday With Rachael Ray Magazine, has been talking with Tonia's Kitchen all week about unique, and delicious recipe ideas, and this one is just about the most creative so far! Nina told Tonia about their Peachy Grilled Cheese sandwich. Two very interesting things about this recipe...Nina says they make it on a baking sheet in the oven, and they use mayonnaise instead of butter for the bread! As for the cheese, Nina uses Munster, along with prosciutto and thinly sliced peaches. Not only are they amazing to taste, but you can make several at once since they're baked!
