Jessica takes soaked and dried black beans. And then in a Dutch Oven, sauté onions, bell peppers celery, jalapenos and garlic. Add some cumin along with water, coffee and a ham hock. Then add the beans and cook. When the beans get tender, puree the mix a little so the soup get creamy. Then serve! Guaranteed, it'll give you a nice warm feeling on a cold day!
