They Call Me Mellow Yellow, Quite Rightly!

That's what you might be seeing after a glass of this!  Cookbook author Stephanie Tourles, who wrote the book Raw Energy In A Glass, came by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about the Mellow Yellow Vegan Protein Shake.  It's loaded with mellowing b-vitamins, calming minerals, protein, fats and good carbohydrates. It's like an ice cream shake, but it won't spike your blood sugar.  That means it gives off sustained energy throughout the day.  Stephanie told Tonia it has a cup of mangoes, 2 frozen bananas, a 1/4 of hemp seeds, raw almond butter and natural vanilla flavor.  It's also sweetened with either raw honey or agave syrup.   All in all, its a delicious drink that will keep things nice and mellow for you!
