The Super Strawberry Shake!

Why is this shake super?  Because it's ingredients are super!  Stephanie Tourles, who wrote the recipe book Raw Engery In A Glass, told Tonia's Kitchen about her take on the classic strawberry shake, and man is it a healthy one! Stephanie told Tonia she takes lots of strawberries, some raw almond milk, two juiced oranges, two frozen bananas, some unrefined coconut oil, natural vanilla flavor and a pinch of sea salt.  Blend together with a healthy sweetener, like raw honey or agave syrup.  It's a drink that can be something you serve the kids after school, or a healthy party cocktail when combined with a little vodka!
