For That After Christmas Party

LISTEN TO THE PODCAST

Christmas is over. Time to relax right?  Wrong!  Those after-Christmas parties where the friends and family come over are just getting started. And these are some hungry guests (what with all the present-opening they've done!)  Fortunately Pam Anderson, who wrote the cookbook Perfect One Dish Dinners has you covered.  She came by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about an easy appetizer that takes all of five minutes to make!  Pam says her Smoked Trout Pate is very easy to prepare.  She takes cream cheese, bottled horseradish, Worcester Sauce and ground black pepper and puts it all in a food processor.  She blends that all together until it's smooth.  Then she adds the smoked trout to the mix and pulses the blender a few times.  Pam then molds it and garnishes small pieces with parsley.  It's easy, it's delicious and it'll make you look like a professional party host!
