Don't Call Them Reese's

LISTEN TO THE PODCAST

Have you ever thought about baking your own Peanut Butter Cups?  Making up a bunch is an interesting and fun way to create a unique party appetizer.  Chef Holly Grainger told Tonia's Kitchen about her recipe for Peanut Butter Caramel Candy Bites with colorful candies.  It's a very long name, but only has a few ingredients. Holly told Tonia she takes refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough and presses little cups of it into a lightly greased mini-muffin pan. Holly then gets some small size candy bars (like Snickers) and little M&M-type candies. She tops the cups with the small M&Ms and adds the small chocolate bars either before or after baking (after if you want them gooey, which Holly recommends).  They're delicious, they're pretty to look at and your party guests will think you're quite the gourmet!
