You're making brownies, good enough, but why not go further? Holly Granger, who's the editor of Food Recipes.com, told Tonia's Kitchen you can really make those brownies special! She starts with homemade brownies, and whips up a caramel sauce that's delightful! Holly told Tonia she melts a quarter cup of butter, along with brown sugar and milk. After it all melts together, Holly stirs in vanilla and a 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and adds it all to the top of the cooled brownies. We aren't done yet! Holly takes bittersweet chocolate and melts it in the microwave with milk, and drizzles it over the caramel topping. Then...add a pinch of sea salt to each brownie. No words to describe how great this is going to taste!
