Which Comes First? The Roll Or The Burger?



It's always fun to try something new, and one of the things we love to do here at Tonia's Kitchen is spotlight a chef who goes beyond the ordinary to create something very tasty and memorable.  Chef Michael Ferraro is one of those chefs.  His restaurant MacBar in New York City has come up with some very interesting versions of classic comfort food.  Chef Michael told Tonia about his Cheeseburger Spring Roll appetizer.  He takes high-quality, freshly ground beef, sautéed onions and a rich cheese sauce, and stuffs it into a Spring Roll wrapper.  He then frys it altogether and serves with baby pickles and a savory mustard sauce.  Mmmmm, Spring Rolls.  Find out more at Chef Michael's website here
