Nancy told Tonia you can make things like candy-milk eyeballs or a scary skullcake. But even if you don't want a scary theme, you can still have fun. Nancy says you can take a yellow cake, and splash multi-colored icing in the baking pan before putting it in the oven for a tie-dyed cake. It'll help make your party really stand out!
