Yes, You Can Eat What You Love!
And you won't feel guilty about it either! Marlene Koch, who wrote, appropriately, Eat What You Love, came by Tonia's Kitchen with a delicious recipe for a Vanilla Pudding Shake. Marlene told Tonia she uses light, sugar free vanilla ice cream, milk and ice, along with sugar free vanilla pudding mix. When you whip it all together, the pudding mix works to thicken the ice and makes it very rich and creamy. Marlene calls it her cake batter milkshake, and the best news yet, it's only 175 calories! Compare that to a cake batter shake from the ice cream shop at around 1100 calories, and you'll miss a so-called "real" milkshake even less!
