Who Says Vanilla Has To Plain?


Vanilla can be one of the more exotic flavor adventures if you let it be! Shawna Seaver knows that, she's the author behind the cookbook Pure Vanilla.  On the cover, you'll find a picture of some scrumptious vanilla cupcakes.  Shawna told Tonia's Kitchen these aren't just good looking, but also amazingly delicious!  Shawna says that's because of the mix of flour she uses, a combination of cake flour and all-purpose flour that allows for a delectably moist cake texture.  She also adds sour cream and egg yolks to the batter for a wonderfully unique taste that'll leave you wanting more!
