What's In Your Fajita?


Making fajitas tonight? Let's see...onions, check!  Green peppers...check!  Mangoes...?!?
Yep, I said mangoes!  Chef Billy from Cooking Light magazine stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about mangoes and how they can really liven up the beef fajita. Billy told Tonia to add the mangoes as the onions and peppers you're sauteing in a pan are getting done.  It's important you not saute the mango for too long, otherwise it'll split.  Combine the mango with the onions, peppers and beef.  Not only is it delicious, but healthy as well since you don't need cheese!
