Billy told Tonia to add the mangoes as the onions and peppers you're sauteing in a pan are getting done. It's important you not saute the mango for too long, otherwise it'll split. Combine the mango with the onions, peppers and beef. Not only is it delicious, but healthy as well since you don't need cheese!
