Of Blueberries And Basil...


The spice basil may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think about a blueberry dessert, but it does!  Cookbook author Linda Danenberg came to Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her Fresh Spiced
Blueberries And Basil.  Linda says you start with three cups of fresh blueberries, and add sugar, cinammon, ground cloves and three chopped leaves of fresh basil and toss. Serve it up with sour cream. Linda says the basil goes beautifully with the blueberries, who knew?
