A Healthy And Natural Salad Dressing

Too often, consumer salad dressings you buy are loaded with chemicals, and may not be very good for you.  Here's one that's healthy and still tastes great.  Vicki Chelf is the author of the cookbook Vicki's Vegan Kitchen. She stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her Flax Oil Dressing. Vicki takes two
parts of flaxseed oil, one part of dark Balsamic Vinegar and another low sodium soy sauce.  Vicki told Tonia you can play with the flavor by adding things like Dijon mustard or tarragon.  She also sauce it's really good not only on salad, but also on a variety steamed vegetable dishes.  Vicki says there's a hint of the international in there as well, as she thinks it tastes like a hazelnut oil you might get in France.
