Great Gazpacho


If this mid-summer heat has you avoiding soup, I've got a recipe that'll bring you back to the bowl! Cookbook author Terry Lynch stopped by Tonia's Kitchen with his recipe for Gold Tomato gazpacho.  It's a chilled soup that'll cool you down on all but the hottest of days.  Terry told Tonia he skins and purees the tomatoes, and adds cucumber, lemongrass, the sweet Japanese sake Marin.  He combines that with thai red chili, thai basil and mint.  It's a great summertime soup!
