On this edition of All-Wine Wednesday, we move down Highway 101, away from the traditional wine counties of Napa and Sonoma, to a little city in San Luis Obispo, County known as Paso Robles. It's about 2 1/2 hours west of Fresno, and arguably California's best-kept secret when it comes to wine! Joel Peterson with Hope Family Wines told Tonia's Kitchen that the area has only been on the wine-radar for only a few years, but they've been making wines for decades. Having been there personally, we can say it's definitely worth the trip, and no California wine excursion would be complete without a visit to this beautiful area!
