A Healthy Cereal

Many breakfast cereals are not healthy!  So says author Pooja Mottl who wrote the book, The 3 Day Reset.  She says all you have to is check the ingredients list on many processed cereals, and you'll find a lot of so-called "healthy" cereals really aren't, thanks to the amount of processed sugar. Pooja stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her cereal recipe which is guaranteed to be healthy! It's a Quinoa Coconut mixture that includes cooked quinoa, almond milk, dried coconut shreds, raisins, walnuts or pecans and some cinnamon.  It's delicious, and Pooja calls it a real cereal you'll really enjoy!
