A Southern Easter Treat!


This one is famous!  Chef Brian Landry with the celebrated New Orleans restaurant Galatoire's stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about one of the most famous desserts, Bread Pudding with Banana Praline Sauce. Chef Brian told Tonia he uses brown sugar and butter, along with fresh
sliced bananas to create this very decadent delicacy! He calls it a combination of Bananas Foster and Bread Pudding.  Tonia says if you're looking for something special on your Easter dessert table, you might want to consider a culinary trip to The Big Easy.  Find out more about Galatoire's here.
