For this All-Wine Wednesday, Tonia tackles the subject of so-called Storefront Tasting Rooms. These are, like the name sounds, retail stores instead of wineries or orchards, where people can come sample and buy the wines. Tom Silberkleit, known as the California Travel Wine Insider told Tonia it's a growing trend through famed Sonoma County, California and throughout the West Coast. It's also causing some backlash, as purists feel these stores detract from the experience. Tom says some of the wines offered are very good, while some are mediocre.
