Ode to Fudge


Is there anything more perfect than fudge?  Author Gail Sokol who wrote About Professional Baking stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to share a fantastic recipe for sour cream fudge cookies.  She says it's
a hybrid of a chocolate cookie, and an ooey, gooey piece of fudge cake! Gail adds bread flour to her mix, which she says gives the cookie it's chewiness, along with semi and unsweetened chocolate which helps with the cookie's creamy texture.
