Beth, with Nielsen Massey Vanilla told Tonia's Kitchen about the many uses she's been able to find for the venerable flavoring. Of note, instead of adding sugar to her tomato sauce, Beth adds vanilla instead...with amazing results! She also told Tonia about how great vanilla is on the grill, especially with fish. Nielsen takes their own vanilla paste and adds a little to the fish. This seals in moisture and really enhances the fish's flavor.
