Be-Bop Your Way To Health And A Tasty Meal!



We aren't talking about Bebop music or dancing, instead we want to let you know about a fantastic new Korean dish that may really have you feeling great!  Dietician David Grotto told Tonia's Kitchen about Bi
Bim Bop. David says it's not what you expect.  He starts with fried eggs, which contain lutine.  It's a phytochemical that can help fight macular degeneration.  The dish also has brown rice, sesame oil, carrots, green onions and some lean meat.  It's delicious, and it may also fight heart disease and cancer.  Did we mention it was delicious?
