Ginger Lovers Unite!




Ginger lovers should be silent no longer!  Proclaim your love of that fantastic taste treat with a homemade gingersnap cookie, that's not too hard or too soft.  Cookbook author Sally Sampson told Tonia's Kitchen she doesn't skimp on the ginger when baking this cookie, combining both fresh and ground ginger to the mix.  In addition to standard cookie ingredients like butter, sugar and molasses, Sally told Tonia she uses ginger sugar to make that cookie really snap!
