Being Biscotti

Did you know that one of Tonia's all-time favorite cookies, is a biscotti?   And Susan Reid from the King Arthur Essential Cookie Cookbook told her about several flavors she can't wait to try.  In the book, Susan
talks about different kinds like Pistachio Cherry, Cranberry Orange, Pina Colada and Cinnamon Raisin. Now traditionally, Italian biscotti is a hard cookie, but that's because the recipe lacks eggs. American biscotti recipes do include eggs, and that leaves a still-crunch cookie, that won't hurt your teeth!
