Now that we're past Thanksgiving, it's time to get ready for all those holiday parties. Chances are good you've packed on quite a few calories at the Thanksgiving dinner table. Now its time to save a few of those and still eat great. Syndicated food columnist Pam Anderson told Tonia about her Sunrise Sausage Bake. Yes, it still has eggs and cheese, but Pam says she uses evaporated milk, instead of Half and Half to get that creamy sauce, which everyone loves, with 30-percent less fat.
Cut the sausage for an even healthier brunch dish, and serve it with a spiral ham to satisfy the meat lovers in the crowd.
