Happy Thanksgivukkah!



This Thanksgiving is extra special thanks to Hanukkah!  In what's being called a once-in-a-generation event, the two holidays come right at the same time. Author Susie Fishbein says she's created a special 8-course menu for Thanksgiving that pays homage to Hanukkah, by including something with oil in every course. Suzy told Tonia's Kitchen in one course, she's included a delicious Eggplant Scapachino.  She cuts criss-crosses out of the eggplant, fries them, then places the pieces back into the egglplant and adds olives, capers and pomodoro sauce.  Back it all together and add a fruit-fragrant olive oil.
