Let's start Monday with a very easy dish that's not only delicious, but healthy too. Tonia spoke with Jason Moniz at the Nectar Restaurant in San Francisco. He told her about a tasty puree made from Butternut Squash and Pears. No special preparations here, just peel the squash and pears, cook them together in a pot, and toss into a blender. Hit the high button, and watch a fantastic side dish appear before your very eyes. Toss in some salt, maybe a little brown sugar too, and you've got a very low-cal, high taste treat!
