Bugs Bunny Would Love These Chips...
LISTEN TO THE PODCAST
That's because they're spicy carrot chips! There's a lot of talk about so-called alternatives to the potato chip. You've heard of kale chips, bean chips, and of course the old-fashioned corn-chip. But why not carrots? They're healthy, and tasty and mostly of all, if you do it the right way, they can be delicious as a chip. Everyday with Rachael Ray Magazine Executive Editor Nina Elder stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about their recipe for the chips, with the secret ingredient, which is smoked paprika. Nina told Tonia, it gives the chips an-almost bacon-ey flavor without adding any fat. Give these a try the next time you have a hankering for that bag of Ruffles! They're just as tasty, and without any of the guilt.
