Billy told Tonia he used black pepper, along with olive oil and fresh basil...and NOTHING else! Billy says doing this makes your watermelon taste amazing. Serve it up in chunks with the oil drizzled over it right away, no need to marinate. Billy added black pepper can be used in a number of dishes you expect, like strawberries or even vanilla ice cream!
