Maple-Coated Bacon

When we tried to think of a clever title for this entry, we realized there was no need...simply because the recipe itself is ingenious on it's own.  Think...maple coated bacon and then realize how delicious it is.  Amy Traverso with Yankee Magazine came by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about how just amazingly good this is!  She told Tonia to use a foil-lined baking sheet.  Place the bacon on it and separate the pieces 4-inches apart.  Preheat the oven to 375 and brush the bacon with maple syrup.  Cook for a time, then turn the bacon over and coat with another layer of maple syrup.  Amy says it'll make a meat-eater out of any vegetarian!
