Gesine has written one baking memoir and seven cookbooks, including the New YorkTimes bestselling My Vermont Table, Sugar Baby, Let Them Eat Cake and her latestcookbook, My Harvest Kitchen. She lives in Vermont with her husband, Raymond, in a historic 18th-century tavern and farm, where she continues her adventures in baking, teaching, and homesteading alongside a host of beloved animals.
