Dawn Jackson Blatner, who is a sports nutritionist, says why not make your own. She stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about her Date Milk Iced Latte. It's full of natural nutrients, and most importantly, it tastes great! Dawn told Tonia she takes dates, your favorite milk and ice coffee, and throws everything into a blender. You can even freeze it for popsicles, which would make a for a really cool snack on a hot day!

- Iced Coffee
- Blend the dates with your milk of choice to create date milk.
- Add the date milk to your iced coffee.
- Enjoy as a refreshing drink or pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a cool treat.
