Both came by Tonia's Kitchen to talk about their recipe for Salt Roasted Potatoes (To Get You Through The Night) Essentially these are stove top roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes roasted on a bed of Kosher Salt above the stove. Both Lisa and Debrianna told Tonia they add fresh herbs to the mix of the potatoes, which have holes poked in them. They're cooked on medium heat, and according to the recipe will come out crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. What a delicious way to spend an evening!
