Food is a symphony of sight, smell and of course, taste. If something tastes deep-fried than it certainly must be, except when it isn't! Case in point, a recipe for French Fries that taste deep fried, but only contain a small amount of fat per-serving and are cooked up in an air fryer. Marlene Koch, who wrote the cookbook Eat What You Love Restaurant Favorites, stopped by Tonia's Kitchen to discuss her recipe for fries that are NOT deep fried, but sure taste like they are. Marlene told Tonia she uses just a teaspoon of oil and a small sprinkling of Turmeric to create these fries, that will not cause you to feel weighed down!
