Basically, the Magic Mushroom Powder is Porcini Mushrooms that have been pulverized to a powder, mixed in with several different seasonings. - 3 ounces dried porcini mushrooms
- 2 cups Diamond Crystal Kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

- Food processor or powerful blender (If you’re just making a small batch, get a cheap coffee grinder like this one.)
